Tool guide

Erase distractions or upscale an image

Remove a small unwanted detail by brushing over it. The eraser fills the marked area from the surrounding image. You can also use a separate 2× upscaling action to enlarge your working image or an erased result.

Short, precise brush marks work best on simple backgrounds. Large objects, faces and repeating patterns may need more than one pass or manual editing. Upscaling adds pixels but cannot recover detail that was never in the original photo.

How to use it

  1. Choose an image and brush over the detail you want to remove.
  2. Select Erase marked area, or use Upscale image 2× as a separate action.
  3. Review before and result with the comparison slider, then download the PNG.

Common questions

Can I erase more than one area?

Yes. After an erase, select Keep edit & continue erasing, mark another area, and run the eraser again.

Will 2× upscaling sharpen every photo?

No. Results depend on the source. Blurry or heavily compressed images may remain soft or gain artificial detail.
