Welcome to House of Legends.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, studio services, and publishing workspace (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using House of Legends, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or booking our services.

1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by House of Legends or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our permission.

3. User Content

If you submit any content (e.g., comments, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Limitation of Liability

House of Legends is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Contact Us

If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at info@hol.com.np.

8. Publishing Workspace and Connected Accounts

These Terms also apply to HoL Social Media Manager, House of Legends’ social media publishing workspace, available at so.hol.com.np. You must have authority to connect each account or channel and publish its content. You are responsible for the members you authorize in your workspace, your selected publishing destinations, and the posts and schedules you create. Connecting Google is optional; YouTube publishing requires the relevant Google authorization.

The workspace uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google and YouTube are independent services with their own terms and policies. Our Privacy Policy explains the Google data accessed, its use, sharing, protection, retention, and deletion.

9. Content Ownership and Publishing Authorization

You retain ownership of the videos, text, and other material you upload to the publishing workspace. For that material, the license in Section 3 is limited to hosting, processing, displaying to authorized workspace members, and transmitting your content to the destinations you select, as needed to operate the features you request. It does not authorize unrelated distribution or use of Google user data. Google-derived account data remains subject to the Google data restrictions in our Privacy Policy.

By choosing to publish or schedule a post to YouTube, you authorize the workspace to upload the selected video and submit its title and description on your behalf, including at the scheduled time. The current uploader derives the title from the first non-empty line of your post text, up to YouTube's 100-character title limit, and uses the post text as the description. Upload visibility follows the application's configured YouTube privacy setting, which defaults to public. Check your content and intended visibility before publishing; contact us if you need confirmation of the active setting. You are responsible for rights, permissions, and compliance with the destination platform's rules. Delivery may fail because of expired permissions, platform restrictions, or service outages.

10. Disconnecting and Removing Content

You may disconnect YouTube in Connections or revoke access through Google account security permissions. Publishing that depends on the connection will stop after access is removed. We will refresh or delete cached YouTube API data within 30 calendar days. If you disconnect in the workspace, we will immediately revoke the Google token and delete data obtained under that authorization as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days. If you revoke access in Google account settings, we will periodically verify authorization and remove associated Google API data as soon as possible and within 30 calendar days of that revocation. We will delete stored data related to you as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days of a deletion request or account closure, subject to applicable legal retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.

Removing data from the workspace does not remove data held by Google or videos already published on YouTube. Disconnecting does not delete drafts or media you supplied directly. Manage published videos directly in YouTube, and contact info@hol.com.np to request removal of stored data or closure of your workspace account. Our Privacy Policy sets out the cache management, retention, and deletion commitments that apply to these requests.

11. Facebook and Instagram Publishing

Connecting Meta authorizes the workspace to list eligible Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts and publish content to the accounts you select. You must have the necessary Page or account permissions and the rights to all submitted text, images, videos and audio. Choosing to publish or schedule a post authorizes us to transmit that content to Meta on your behalf. You remain responsible for complying with the Facebook Terms of Service, Instagram Terms of Use and applicable platform content rules. Connecting Meta does not grant us ownership of your content or permission to publish unrelated material.

12. TikTok Publishing

Connecting TikTok authorizes access to the basic profile and publishing permissions described in our Privacy Policy. Choosing to publish or schedule content authorizes the workspace to submit your selected media and accompanying text to TikTok on your behalf. You must have all necessary rights and permissions, including rights to music and any commercial content, and comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and applicable community, music and branded-content rules. The current TikTok integration submits posts with public visibility and requires TikTok to allow public posting for the app and account. Do not submit content that must remain private. Publishing availability depends on TikTok approval, account eligibility and platform restrictions; we do not guarantee acceptance or delivery.

13. Meta and TikTok Disconnection and Data Requests

You may disconnect Meta or TikTok in Connections or withdraw authorization through the platform's own connected-app settings. Publishing that depends on the removed connection will stop. We refresh or delete cached Meta and TikTok profile data within 30 calendar days. When you disconnect a connection, we remove its stored tokens, revoke its authorization, and delete associated platform data, including cached account profiles and platform metadata in our cache and database, as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days. This is the same deletion deadline that applies when you disconnect YouTube in the workspace. The 7-calendar-day deadline also applies after we learn that Meta or TikTok authorization has been withdrawn through the platform. You may request deletion of stored data or account closure at info@hol.com.np; the 7-calendar-day deletion commitment and legal retention provisions in our Privacy Policy apply. Removing a workspace record or connection does not delete a post already published on Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Manage published posts directly on the relevant platform. The content ownership and limited publishing license in Section 9 also apply to content submitted to Meta and TikTok.
